It has turned out that Mitt Romney’s Meet the Press appearance appeared decent at the time, but mistakes seem to be coming out of the woodwork. Race 4 2008 has one write-up.

Finally, the Republicans catch a break. SCOTUS will be considering and deciding a case on gun rights once the debate is focused on the nominees. This is no-lose for Republicans,

On the issue, Sharpton is wrong and Romney is right. But Sharpton is so much more funny:
"I intend to engage on this. He’ll find out rabbit hunting ain’t fun when the rabbit’s got the gun," Sharpton said.
I think it is notable when one candidate attacks another by name. Especially when it is this scathing.
Last week, Mitt Romney shot himself in the foot by answering a question about hunting. The guy who asked the question was tracked down by a Boston TV station. Here’s what he had to say, and it is brutal:

On Face the Nation yesterday, Mike Huckabee attacked Mitt Romney over his hunting record. He said:

Romney said:
I’ve been a hunter pretty much all my life. I’ve never really shot anything terribly big. I used to hunt rabbits.
