Yeah 100% what you said. Its part of why Fred’s being “a good talker” and for that matter Obama’s being a good talker is whats helping them so much. We’ve had (come election time) 8 years of a president who on the whole has sucked at communication.

We want a leader who can do that

The believability of Fred’s conversion is a contrast with Romney’s. That’s all I’m saying.

One makes sense to me emotionally. The other … does not.

Isn’t it possible that *both* candidates are pro-life? Are you saying / implying that there is no way, no how that *both* Romney & Thompson are firmly pro-life now?I think both candidates are firmly pro-life.

However, if you continue to scrutinize one candidate’s position on a particular issue, prepare for all candidates to get similar scrutiny.
