Giuliani steals Romney RNC endorser!
Rudy Giuliani just announced his Rhode Island leadership team. One name struck me:
Republican National Committeeman Robert Manning
Why? Because Mitt Romney’s campaign claimed him as an early RNC endorser:

That the Romney campaign was faking their RNC lists has been an open secret, and a couple more of these are expected. But I think that this is the first one.
