And he wouldn't support Rudy because Rudy is unapologetically pro-choice. So Romney is his only top-tier option. But I think that there is a credible argument to be made that Romney is not pro-life, merely, sort-of, anti-Roe. After all, Romney's position is that it is ok for Massachusetts to allow abortion. Bopp wouldn’t support McCain because of campaign finance. And he wouldn’t support Rudy because Rudy is unapologetically pro-choice. So Romney is his only top-tier option.
